SBS Technologies Inc. Modular I/O specializes in providing commercial off the shelf I/O board-level products for industrial computers by utilizing the concept of mezzanine modules (IndustryPack, PMC, and PC·MIP). Mezzanine modules enable system engineers to mix and match different I/O functions for various system architectures. SBS Technologies Modular I/O offers I/O mezzanine modules for analog I/O, digital I/O, serial I/O, motion control, and field bus. |
PRISM implemented a device driver for the wanic520 WAN adapter from SBS Technologies Inc. The driver was integrated with synchronous PPP module of RedHat Linux operating systems.
