	Jagat C Shah - the President of Prism, has over 15 years in the IT industry. He currently oversee the management of the corporation, its employees, to furnishing the overall company direction, managing and implementing business strategies, all daily operations as well as all engineering activities such as delivery, and development of all services and applications. Prior to being President, Jagat was VP in Prism, and was responsible for all engineering activities, and helped to grow the company into its current size. He managed the customer relations with major clients and managed contract worth over $ 3 Million. He has in the past executed large number of telecom, and network management projects.

	Ananth N Ananth - the Vice President of Prism, has over 15 years of experience in the telecom industry. Ananth founded the company to develop software for telecom companies in embedded systems and networks. He has managed the development of wireless ATM network management systems, development of a complete wireless network management system, designed and developed embedded Event Correlation service for an optical network element. Architected and developed various integrated solutions for satellite communications networks, and other network management solutions and tools. His current responsibilities includes a focus on customer relations, quality control, marketing, personnel management, policies, etc.

	Jim Buchman - the Director of Network Management Systems division at Prism, has over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Prism, Jim was working at Digital Equipment Corporation as technical lead and as a TeMIP lead engineer. He has worked with various leading telecommunication companies such as Cable & Wireless, Concert, Primus, Bell Atlantic development of various Network management and Enterprise Management solutions. Jim earned his MS in Computer Science from John Hopkins University. He has also co authored a number of books at John Hopkins.
